Awakening

So I had a completely different mani set up for today.
Then I got some chips it before I could take pictures and when I tried to recapture the magic, it just wasn't happening.
This ended up being a good thing because I got a chance to use one of my untried polishes.
This is China Glaze Awakening (not to be confused with Awake) It is a lovely duo chrome shining a a peachy pink and gold.
I originally bought this polish to see if it could stamp (which I haven't tried yet)
I spotted it in my stash and decided to give it a go!
I love it.
It is a beautiful flattering shade and would probably look good on anyone.
I decided to use another untried in this post as well.
I've used this for nail polish jewelry but not on my nails and can not figure out why.
I used Nubar's Black Polka Dot on my thumb and pointer finger as an accent and I feel like it stole the show.

1 coat OPI Nail Envy
2 coats China Glaze Awakening
Stamped with BM-321 and Konad Special Black Pearl
1 coat Nubar Black Polka Dot as accents
I cut my finger at work, so yes I am blocking the grossness with my watermark, don't judge!

Black Polka Dot is made up of small and large black hexagonal glitters.
Just like many other glitters, I had some trouble "placing" the large pieces but the small glitters filled in the rest of the nail. This helps because it is not as noticeable when the placement is not precise.
