31 Day Challenge Day 14: Flower Nails

Hello ladies! 

Today's theme is flowers! I love flowers and I love flower nails. 

So today should have been easy, except I ran out of time. 

It's fall and the days of direct sunlight are going to be few and far between so I spent my free time swatching my holos, something that I've been meaning to do for a while.

Tonight is my old high school's alumni game and I wanted to have some purple on my nails to represent :)

So I multitasked, I slapped on one of my favorite holos Nfu-Oh 61 and added some purple and flowers.

1 coat Nfu-Oh Aqua Base

2 coats Nfu-Oh 61

2 coats Sation Tardy Tart on the ring and thumb fingers

stamped with BM-306 and Pure Ice Silver Mercedes

topped with SV

I love holos and I am counting down the days to Color Club's Halo Hues 7 days!

31 Day Challenge Day 8: Metallic Nails

Happy Monday!

I am having a ton of fun with these challenges and I hope you guys are too!

My life is crazy right now so this is gonna be a short and simple post.

One of the best things about metallic nail polish is that it stamps like a gem.

When I pick up a bottle at the store and it is metallic I know that I will use it for something no matter what, even if it is just stamping. Even better if it is a cheap, drug store, easily accessible polish that anyone can own. I have a few precioius hard to find or expensive polishes that are near and dear to my heart, but when I find a jewel of a polish at Walmart for 99 cents I dance in the aisles! Outrageous from Pure Ice is one of those polishes.

 Onto the challenge...

1 coat OPI Nail Envy

2 coats of China Glaze Jungle Queen

stamped with Pure Ice Outrageous and plate Mash-50

topped off with SV

On a side note CG Jungle Queen is amazing! I had to leave an accent nail with just JQ on it because it was so pretty. I couldn't stop staring at it looking for that purple shimmer that jumps out in just the right lighting.

I have recently bought the new Mash stamping plates and they are amazing!

topped it all off with 1 coat of SV

I love how sparkly Carly is, even when it is just stamped you can still see the glittery goodness!

My Boyfriend Scales Walls, Busted

So, good things to come! I won a bottle of OPI Black Spotted off of Ebay!

It is a France exclusive in their Spiderman collection. 

So as soon as it arrives I will get some pictures on here!

I have been so busy lately I am so surprised that I have been posting as often as I have, which is not often at all compared to some other bloggers. I am always painting my nails though, so I am building up a little archive. Soon I will have enough to have a bunch of scheduled posts ready and will be able to post more often :)
